Os cursos serão ministrados em parceria com o Serviço Nacional de Aprendizado Industrial (Senai). Os interessados devem acessar o site escoladeeletricistaseqtl.com.br, conforme o prazo estabelecido, especificamente, no edital de cada curso.
Além da maioria, é exigido o diploma de conclusão de ensino médio e a carteira nacional de habilitação (CNH) categoria B definitiva, dentro do prazo de validade. Em cada uma das três cidades serão disponibilizadas 25 vagas por turma, sem vínculo empregatício, a partir da aprovação em todas as etapas do processo seletivo.
A qualificação terá carga horária de 40 horas semanais, totalizando 480 horas do curso profissionalizante e 112 horas de curso comportamental, que tem o objetivo de apoiar o aluno no desenvolvimento de habilidades cognitivas como raciocínio lógico, comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e estruturação do Projeto de Vida.
A duração aproximada do programa é de quatro meses e, durante esse período, será oferecida uma ajuda de custo mensal para auxiliar o aluno na conclusão da formação. A seleção será dividida em três etapas, sendo todas de caráter eliminatório e/ou classificatório. A divulgação da lista de candidatos aptos para a realização da prova objetiva, tendo como critério o atendimento aos requisitos estabelecidos no edital, será divulgada no site das inscrições, de acordo com o cronograma previsto no documento de cada município.
