Três pessoas foram presas em flagrante em um motel em Manaus (AM) após uma denúncia anônima na noite desta quinta-feira (23). Os suspeitos são acusados de estupro
de vulnerável, exploração sexual e favorecimento à prostituição contra uma adolescente de 13 anos.
A Operação Resgate, deflagrada pela Polícia Civil do Amazonas, prendeu em flagrante um homem e duas mulheres.
O homem, que estava no quarto com a adolescente, foi autuado por estupro de vulnerável, enquanto a dona do estabelecimento, de 52 anos, é acusada de favorecimento à prostituição.
A mãe da vítima, de 38 anos, foi presa por lesão corporal e exploração sexual. Segundo informações, a mulher oferecia a filha adolescente para sexo com homens em troca de R$ 100.
“Ainda no mesmo dia da denúncia, recebemos a informação de que a mulher havia marcado um encontro para a menina em um motel pelo valor de R$ 100. A vítima se recusou a fazer o programa e acabou sendo agredida pela genitora e obrigada a ir ao encontro”, afirmou a delegada Joyce Coelho, titular da Depca (Delegacia Especializada em Proteção à Criança e ao Adolescente).
Segundo a autoridade policial, a vítima estava morando com a mãe há cerca de um ano, quando começaram os agenciamentos por parte da genitora. A mulher, inclusive, negociou a virgindade da adolescente para o mesmo homem, quando ela ainda tinha 12 anos.
A menina foi encaminhada para atendimento psicossocial e ficará sob a guarda da avó materna, que não tinha conhecimento dos crimes até o dia das prisões.
