Por volta de 01h30 desta terça-feira (06), dois agentes de segurança pertencentes a ASEG-PA (Associação da Segurança do Pará), foram mortos a tiros na Rua Nova Jerusalém, localidade conhecida como “favelinha”, Bairro Cristo Redentor, Abaetetuba-Pa. “Nael e Pixote” como eram conhecidos o Natanael e o Caripuna, foram mortos com vários tiros, inclusive na cabeça, o que apresenta características de execução.
O Diretor Presidente da Associação disse que ficou sabendo do fato ainda de madrugada: “O Gomes (PM) me ligou dizendo que tinham baleado dois agentes da associação atrás do muro do instituto bíblico. Eu disse que não eram nossos, pois essa rota não fazia parte dos trabalhos da ASEG. Ele insistiu afirmando que eram, porque a moto com a identificação da associação estava caída próximo aos corpos”.
O diretor ASEG-PA ainda declarou que os dois eram como filhos pra ele, que está tomando todas as providências as quais requer o caso e, também, que acredita no trabalho da polícia, afim de elucidar este duplo homicídio. Nael e Coite deixam esposas e filhos. O caso está sendo investigado pela Delegacia de Homicídios da Superintendência do Baixo Tocantins.
