O ex-jogador brasileiro Daniel Alves, foi condenado a 4 anos e 6 meses de prisão pela justiça espanhola na manhã desta quinta-feira (22), em Barcelona, na Espanha, no julgamento por estupro de uma jovem de 24 anos.
O crime aconteceu no banheiro de uma boate em dezembro de 2022. Durante o julgamento, o jogador chegou a chorar se declarou inocente e apresentou a sua versão do ocorrido afirmando que estava muito embriagado naquela noite. Já a vítima reforçou a acusação de estupro e agressão.
O ministério público espanhol havia pedido 9 anos de pena para o jogador, já a acusação particular pedia 12 anos, o brasileiro está preso há 13 meses, porém, esse período será abatido da pena total do jogador.
Após três dias de julgamento, três juízes analisaram todo o conteúdo antes de anunciar o veredito. A justiça espanhola levou em conta o pagamento da multa de R$ 900 mil. O valor será destinado à vítima por danos morais e lesões causadas.
O brasileiro terá liberdade vigiada por cinco anos depois de cumprir os 4 anos e 6 meses em regime fechado. Daniel também está proibido de se aproximar da casa e do local de trabalho da vítima, o jogador deve manter distância de menos de 1 quilômetro e não se comunicar com a jovem, por qualquer meio de, por nove anos e seis meses.
Daniel também foi condenado à pena de inabilitação especial por exercício de emprego, cargo público, profissão ou comércio relacionado com menores por cinco anos após cumprimento de pena.
