Na última quarta-feira (07) um homem foi preso em flagrante, em Abaetetuba, na Rua Siqueira Mendes acusado de estupro contra uma adolescente de 16 anos.
A vítima relatou que Benedito Antonio Cardoso da Silva é massagista, e foi realizar um procedimento de drenagem linfática com ele, quando então antes de iniciar o procedimento o investigado apresentou fotos de outras clientes sem roupa para mostrar o resultado do procedimento e tirou fotos da vítima nua. A adolescente também informou que o investigado começou a tocar em suas partes íntimas, quando então forçou a vítima deitada na maca, de modo que ela não conseguiu se soltar, e praticou conjunção carnal contra a vontade dela.
Foi realizada a representação pela prisão preventiva. O preso será conduzido a SEAP de Abaetetuba e ficará a disposição do Poder Judiciário.
