No domingo (21), a Polícia Civil prendeu em flagrante Ricardo Bailão Carvalho, de 46 anos, pelo crime de descumprimento de medidas protetivas. Uma das filhas do suspeito compareceu a esta unidade policial para informar que Ricardo estaria na casa da esposa e da família, causando brigas, mesmo após ser proibido, por ordem judicial, de frequentar a residência e de se aproximar da família. Diante da situação, os Policiais Civis se deslocaram até a residência, onde localizaram Ricardo tentando fugir, porém o autor do fato foi alcançado e conduzido até esta delegacia. O preso foi autuado em flagrante delito por descumprimento de medidas protetivas e encaminhado ao presídio de Abaetetuba, onde está à disposição do poder judiciário.
