Na madrugada deste sábado (10), por volta das 3h30, um crime foi registrado na Avenida Guimarães, nº 42, atrás do colégio Eurides, em Moju. A vítima foi esfaqueada nas costas e na cabeça pelo ex-companheiro, identificado como Mauro Cardoso Nogueira, que não aceitava o término do relacionamento.
A Polícia Militar, com as viaturas de prefixo 4703 e 4704, chegou rapidamente ao local após receber a denúncia via ligação da Guarda do 47º BPM.
No momento da abordagem, Mauro ainda estava no local do crime e foi preso em flagrante. Com ele, foi apreendida uma faca de serra, tipo cabo verde, utilizada na agressão.
A vítima foi socorrida com vida e levada ao hospital municipal para receber atendimento médico. Seu estado de saúde não foi divulgado até o momento.
O acusado, morador da vila Soledade, foi encaminhado à Delegacia de Polícia Civil de Moju, onde segue preso e à disposição da Justiça. O caso está sendo investigado como tentativa de feminicídio, com base na Lei Maria da Penha e nas disposições do Código Penal.
