Segundo eles os suspeitos saíram de dentro do mato (à margem da rodovia) no momento em que o relator passava próximo à cerâmica Triunfo, na rodovia dos Quilombolas, próximo a ponte sobre o Rio Ubá, na zona rural de Moju.
Os homens que praticaram o assalto levaram aproximadamente R$550,00 (quinhentos e cinquenta reais) das vítimas e levaram, também, a motocicleta da vítima.
Após receber a denúncia, imediatamente os investigadores de plantão empreenderam diligências para localizar os suspeitos, bem como a motocicleta roubada. Assim, o veículo foi encontrado no Bairro Parque Verde, na propriedade de vulgo “Paulinho”.
Entretanto, os suspeitos não estavam no local, sendo encontrada apenas a motocicleta e os documentos pessoais de vulgo “Paulinho”. O veículo foi prontamente restituído às vítimas e serão realizados os procedimentos cabíveis para o indiciamento dos suspeitos.
