Na última quinta-feira (18), Lucas Jean e João Diego Reis foram abordados pelo Batalhão de Polícia Rodoviária Estadual em Abaetetuba, durante a operação “REVISTA VEICULAR A TRANSPORTE DE CARGA”, de posse da Caminhonete Ranger. Vale ressaltar que no ato da abordagem eles exibiram aos militares o documento da Ford Ranger, no entanto, os militares desconfiaram da divergência e constataram, após inspeção visual dos demais sinais identificadores do veículo, que a placa real do veículo seria outra, com registro de roubo, motivo pelo qual deram voz de prisão aos ocupantes do veículo e os conduziram para o plantão de Polícia Judiciária para as providências legais.
É válido ressaltar que João Diego Reis possui registro policial por ato infracional análogo ao crime de roubo, tendo afirmado em seu interrogatório que buscou o veículo no município de Concórdia do Pará/PA e o entregaria em Cametá/PA mediante o pagamento de R$200,00 (duzentos reais) para cada ocupante do veículo. Destaca-se que após busca no Sistema Integrado de Segurança Pública, foi constatado que o veículo apreendido tinha sido subtraído de uma residência em Vila dos Cabanos no dia 10/01/2024 durante o período noturno. Conforme as informações, os policiais civis plantonistas acionaram o proprietário do veículo, o qual prontamente compareceu na Delegacia para a restituição do bem móvel recuperado. Por fim, os presos foram encaminhados ao sistema prisional, onde permanecerão à disposição do Poder Judiciário.
