A Polícia Civil realizou a Operação DEATH BIKER (Motoqueiro da Morte) na última quarta-feira (31), que resultou na prisão preventiva e na busca e apreensão domiciliar de Emanuel Marinaldo, conhecido como Emano (ex-agente público), na comunidade de Beja, Abaetetuba, nordeste paraense.
O acusado é suspeito de ter assassinado Robenildo da Silva, conhecido como Roro, em Abaetetuba, no dia 15 de janeiro de 2024. Segundo as investigações, EMANO usou um uniforme de empresa para se disfarçar, chegou ao local do crime em uma motocicleta e atirou na vítima com uma arma de fogo calibre.40 dentro de sua casa.
Emano confessou o homicídio e foi preso com a motocicleta usada na ação criminosa. Além disso, ele é investigado por ter ameaçado, por meio de pichações, os funcionários do CPC Renato Chaves, onde trabalhava como remocista. Ele dizia que pertencia a uma Facção Criminosa que mataria os funcionários se eles não colaborassem com a facção.
É importante dizer que Emano também é suspeito de outro homicídio ocorrido em Abaetetuba em 07 de janeiro de 2024, que vitimou Nazareno de Jesus Pires Baia. Após os trâmites legais, ele foi encaminhado para o Sistema Penitenciário, onde ficará à disposição da Justiça.
Participaram da operação as delegacias de Abaetetuba, Igarapé-miri, Moju, DEAM/DEACA de Abaetetuba, Nai de Abaetetuba, sendo que as investigações foram conduzidas pela Delegacia de Homicídios de Abaetetuba que esteve presente na operação.
