Nesta segunda-feira (1º) está liberado o saque-aniversário do FGTS para nascidos em abril. O período de retirada vai até 28 de junho, caso contrário o valor retorna para o saldo do fundo.
A adesão é opcional e os saques podem ser feitos pelo app FGTS, pelo site do FGTS e pelo internet banking da Caixa — não é preciso ir até uma agência bancária.
Quem não optar pela adesão permanece na sistemática padrão, que é o saque-rescisão. Entenda abaixo as diferenças:
- Saque-rescisão: sistemática na qual o trabalhador, quando demitido sem justa causa, tem direito ao saque integral da conta do FGTS, incluindo a multa rescisória, quando devida. Trata-se da modalidade padrão em que o trabalhador ingressa no FGTS.
- Saque-aniversário: sistemática opcional onde anualmente, no mês de aniversário, o trabalhador pode sacar parte do seu saldo de FGTS. Caso o trabalhador seja demitido, poderá sacar apenas o valor referente à multa rescisória (a multa de 40% paga pela empresa) e não poderá sacar o valor integral da conta.
O saque-aniversário foi criado para ser mais uma oportunidade de resgate das contas do FGTS. Por essa modalidade, o trabalhador pode fazer uma retirada por ano de parte do valor das contas do Fundo de Garantia de acordo com o mês em que nasceu, mas perde direito à retirada do saldo total de sua conta do FGTS em caso de demissão sem justa causa. Portanto, tem direito apenas à multa rescisória de 40% do valor do FGTS.
O saque-aniversário só é liberado para o trabalhador que comunica à Caixa que quer receber os valores anualmente.
