Neste mês de maio, os pacientes internados na clínica médica e trauma do Hospital Regional do Baixo Tocantins Santa Rosa, ganharam um “tapa no visual”, com cuidados especiais para elevar a autoestima. A ação foi possível através da atuação conjunta da Coordenação da Equipe Multiprofissional e o Setor de Humanização, por meio da iniciativa da fisioterapeuta Carla Brabo em parceria com o Instituto Embelleze, polo de Abaetetuba, que disponibilizou uma equipe de profissionais voluntários, dispostos a ajudar ao próximo com à arte de cortar cabelo, embelezando o visual dos internados na unidade hospitalar.
“A autoestima e autocuidado podem ajudar na recuperação, pois contribui para o bem-estar emocional e físico dos pacientes. E o objetivo dessa ação é humanizar, buscar o cuidado mais acolhedor, respeitoso e empático para os pacientes.”, afirmou a auxiliar administrativa do Setor de Humanização, Bianca Freitas.
Após grande período de internação, e observada a necessidade da realização dos cuidados com a estética pessoal dos pacientes, foi possível levar uma atenção individualizada, sendo ofertada a possibilidade do corte de cabelo, elevando a autoestima dos pacientes e de seus acompanhantes, e fortalecendo a saúde e o bem-estar.
Valderi Pantoja e Natanael Sousa, barbeiros voluntários do Instituto Embelleze, comemoraram a parceria que beneficiou diversos pacientes de todas as idades, “é muito significativo para nós podermos levar nossos serviços de forma gratuita, ajudando no bem-estar e garantindo um visual top para os pacientes”.
O Diretor-geral do Hospital Santa Rosa, Claudemir |Guimarães, afirmou que, a parceria continua com o Instituto Embelleze vem fortalecendo ainda mais os projetos de voluntariado na unidade hospitalar. “Ter voluntários dentro do Santa Rosa, é sensacional, pois eles colaboram com a elevação do clima hospitalar de várias maneiras. Trazendo amor e carinho, através das energias positivas. Estamos muito felizes com essa ação do corte de cabelo, pois recupera a autoestima e revitaliza a saúde dos nossos pacientes”.
