O IFPA Campus Abaetetuba realizará nos dias 18 e 19 de setembro o I Seminário de Climatologia Geográfica e Geociências – I CLIMGEO, organizado pelo Laboratório de Geoprocessamento e Estudos Climáticos (LAGECLIM) da instituição. Com o tema “Perspectivas para a Análise, Gestão e Redução de Riscos Socioambientais” o evento tem como objetivo reunir pesquisadores, estudantes, técnicos e profissionais de diversas áreas para discutir e compartilhar abordagens inovadoras e colaborativas voltadas à mitigação de riscos climáticos e ambientais.
Além disso, o seminário servirá como uma importante vitrine para a apresentação de trabalhos e pesquisas desenvolvidos pelo LAGECLIM, com um foco especial nas particularidades e desafios da Amazônia Tocantina, fomentando o intercâmbio de conhecimentos e fortalecendo redes de cooperação científica na região.
