Na última segunda-feira (10) a equipe policial de Moju realizou a Operação “JUDAS”, a qual teve como objetivo cumprir mandado de busca e apreensão contra Cleison Gomes, após denúncia de uma mulher que relatou que havia sido feita uma compra com valor muito alta pelo aplicativo do cartão Luiza, no valor de R$ 70.900.00, compra essa realizada no dia 11/04/2024. A mulher alegou que desconhecia a compra realizada, e que seu cartão estava com ela no momento, alegando também que mesmo que o valor fosse liberado para tal compra, não teria condições financeiras para pagar.
A partir desse registro, deu-se início a investigação pela equipe policial de Moju, que durou cerca de 03 meses, investigação esta que resultou no pedido de mandado de busca e apreensão contra o acusado Cleison Gomes, principal suspeito em ter praticado o crime.
Cleison era colega de trabalho da vítima, o qual inclusive havia levado ela até a delegacia para fazer o registro de ocorrência da compra indevida.
O acusado utilizou-se da confiança adquirida em razão da amizade para conseguir a senha do cartão desta, além de ter se aproveitado do fato de trabalharem juntos para furtar o cartão da vítima de seu armário. Ele também utilizou-se dos dados pessoais de sua empregada doméstica para abrir uma conta e conseguir uma máquina de cartão.
Por fim, hoje foi dado cumprimento ao mandado de busca e apreensão que resultou na apreensão de 4 aparelhos celulares, 1 televisão e 1 caixa de som JBL.
